About our Women's Transformational Retreats

Yoga clothes, comfortable lounge clothes that make you feel beautiful, hiking attire, pajamas, outfit for Saturday's Ceremony (comfortable and beautiful), slip on shoes for walking from the house to the ceremony yurt/ hot tub/ Oak Tree grove, layers in case it gets cold at night.

A journal, refillable water bottle, yoga mat, bathing suit, hiking shoes, slippers, sacred item to place on closing ceremony altar, extra blanket and any specialty food items.

Firstly, you are powerful enough to manifest the fee.You are!! Talk to us about the payment plan. We have some potential sponsorship. Please inquire for more information.
We will offer organic vegetarian and vegan meals as well as grass fed, pasture raised carnivorous options as well.  Natalie and Erika are amazing cooks and food snobs so the food will be phenomenal and you won't be hungry!

No. We kindly and without judgement ask that you refrain from cigarettes and alcohol during our time together.

No. We want you to be fully present for your healing. We honor you as a mother and will have many more events and ceremonies where your children are invited. This retreat is for you alone this time Mama.

Everyone is welcome and all religions and spiritual beliefs are honored. The Ceremonies we offer are that of the Red Road which is the path of the human being. You can find a more in-depth explanation here.
